Electronics Recycling Company To Locate In Anson County

Anson Economic Development Partnership is pleased to announce that USB Recycling, LLC has chosen Anson County for its new U.S. facility. The company has purchased the former Anson Shirt building at 620 Anson Apparel Shirt Road in Wadesboro, and after significant building upfit and modifications will open a state-of-the-art electronics sorting, recycling and refurbishing center sometime in mid-Summer 2017. The facility is expected to create 15 new jobs upon opening with an additional 30 jobs added during the first three years of operation.

The Anson Economic Development Partnership thanks the Town of Wadesboro, the International Recruiting Office of the North Carolina Department of Commerce, South Piedmont Community College, the Carolinas Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Pee Dee Electric for their assistance on this project.

We are thrilled to introduce our new product development consultant, Thomas Cureton, who will be overseeing all current and ongoing construction projects.
